GPs / Healthcare ProvidersThe delivery of infertility assessment and treatment can be physically and emotionally draining to the patients and to healthcare providers. Repromed has taken a team approach to healthcare delivery and encourages you to contact our staff with any questions or comments you may have relating to your patient's care. This team approach has enabled us to provide a wide variety of care options unique to Repromed. Medical specialists determine all clinical procedures and supervise care at all phases of treatment. Repromed employs a number of GPs who have been trained in infertility treatment. This provides a broad spectrum of options for patients choosing Repromed for infertility investigation and treatment. As fertility is a very private matter for most individuals, choosing the right person to assess and oversee your care can be crucial to the management of stress during the process. Referrals to Repromed are viewed as a referral to the team. Patients are encouraged to swap doctors or any other staff if they feel the desire. Due to the multifaceted nature of infertility treatment, patients are managed by a team of people including doctors, nurses, scientists, counsellors and administration staff. Patients may not have their consulting or managing doctor at each phase of their care. This has been a deliberate move to ensure consistency in the delivery of care, efficiency and avoidance of treatment delay if individuals are unavailable. Repromed staff view referring doctors and other healthcare providers as part of the extended Repromed team. Please do not hesitate to contact your local Repromed facility to discuss any infertility related matters. Repromed generates educational information at regular intervals. This information may be found on the website. You may find the brochures and information sheets provided of value to your patients. If you would like copies of these brochures for your clinic, please do not hesitate to call on +618 8333 8111 or email enquiries@repromed.com.au. Repromed circulates referrer surveys from time to time. If you would like to provide feedback at any time please feel free to call or email your comments. GP seminars, including tours of the Repromed facilities are provided from time to time. If you are interested in such events, please email Dr. Adrianne Pope on apope@repromed.com.au to register your interest for upcoming events.
